Nigerians have taken to Twitter to demand justice for the 23-year-old Ummakulsum Buhari, who was allegedly stabbed to death by a Chinese man Geng Quanrong at Janbulo quarters of Kumbotso Local Government Area in Kano.
Ms Buhari, a divorcee, was reportedly dating Mr Quanrong before her death. She was killed at her parent’s house.
Police say Quanrong gained access to the building by scaling a fence. The suspect is currently in police custody.
Nigerians on Twitter have begun calling for justice for Buhari who was fondly called Ummita.
