Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has said that movie star Junior Pope is alive.
The guild made this known in a post on Instagram on Wednesday.
“Junior Pope is alive. He is taking treatment in the hospital,” the post read.
The post was, however, deleted a few minutes later.
A close source told QEDNG that the national president of the guild is currently monitoring the situation.
Reports that the actor died in a boat accident circulated on the internet on Wednesday.
