Former governor of Delta State, James Ibori, has mourned the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari.
Ibori prayed for the repose of the ‘gentle’ soul of Kyari in a tweet on Saturday.
“May his gentle soul Rest In Peace,” the former governor wrote atop a screenshot of the tweet from the Presidency announcing Kyari’s death.
Kyari died on Friday at a private hospital in Lagos aged 82.
A flurry of condolence messages has greeted the loss since it was announced early Saturday.
