Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, has denied insulting fellow actress, Funke Akindele, on Facebook.
The 42-year-old issued the denial on Instagram on Monday in response to a fan who implied that her message of support for the Jenifa actress was insincere as she had previously insulted her on her Facebook page.
She replied, “Now why would I do that, the only Facebook page I have is the one tagged to this my IG page, meaning it’s only what I post on my IG page you get to see on my Facebook page, I hardly visit the page or comment on it… I’m sure you following one of the numerous fake Facebook page opened in my name & with my pictures to scam & deceive people…”
Funke Akindele and her husband, JJC Skills, were on Monday sentenced to 14 days of community service for hosting a birthday party at their Lagos home on Saturday.
Their actions were in violation of the lockdown order put in place to tackle the coronavirus pandemic.
