Ex-Nigeria international, Odion Ighalo, will wear number 25 at Manchester United, the club have announced.
The club revealed his shirt number in a tweet on Tuesday.
Ighalo arrived in Manchester on Sunday following his transfer deadline-day switch from Shanghai Shenhua.
He told Sky Sports on arrival from China that the move was a ‘dream come true’ for him.
The 30-year-old will play as cover for injured Marcus Rashford until the end of the season with no option to buy.
