Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, has paid tributes to the late former beauty queen, Ibidun Ighodalo, saying she lit up Lagos.
The two-term Lagos governor, in a tweet on Monday, prayed that the heavens would light up for Mrs Ighodalo the way she lit up Lagos.
“Ibidunni, May the Heavens light up for you in more ways than you lit up Lagos and our lives. Rest In Peace,” Mr Fashola wrote.
Ibidun was married to Lagos-based pastor, Ituah Ighodalo, of Trinity House.
Her death on Sunday sent shockwaves around the country.
Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, led top government functionaries in paying a condolence visit to Pastor Ighodalo on Sunday.
Burial plans are yet to be announced.
