A resident of Kajola Town, Ibeju Lekki in Lagos State has expressed worry over the operation of Techno Oil Limited which produces LPG cylinders in the area.

A letter by the resident’s lawyer, Yinka Muyiwa & Co, alleged that the company has become a nuisance particularly through noise pollution.

The letter states that the resident would be left with no option than to seek legal redress if the situation continues.

Bale of the town, Fatai Adams, has, however, promised that issues between the company and the resident will be resolved amicably.

The company has also, through a letter by its GM, Commercial, Ken Abazie, promised to look into the matter and find a lasting solution.

Residents of Kirikiri, in the Oriade Local Council Development Area of Lagos State had earlier in the year raised an alarm that Techno Oil gas depot project is capable of sinking the coastal community.
