I made over N200m for former record label – Solid Star

Singer, Joshua Iniyezo, popularly known as Solid Star, has responded to the comments made by his former record label boss, Paul Cole Chiori, popularly known as Ossy Achievas.

Solid Star, 31, took to Instagram on Monday to post a list of his songs, which he claims that contrary to Ossy’s claim would have netted the record company more than N200 million.

“I can proudly say I made more than N200 million for my former company throughout the years I spent..,” he wrote.

Ossy Achievas had previously claimed that he invested over N100 million in Solid Star’s career in 10 years but did not make any profit from his investments.

He said: “…I invested over 100m in 10 years and your whole bookings didn’t generate 10% of the invested amount…”

He also claimed that the singer sold a N15 million car which he got on hire purchase from the company without his knowledge.

“…The car you got from ACHIEVAS on higher purchase for 15m… we deducted a little above 2m and I learnt you’ve sold the car without my knowledge,” he wrote.
