Social media comedian Mr Macaroni has said he won’t be at work until he is assured of his safety.
Born Debo Adebayo, Mr Macaroni said on Thursday via Twitter: “Not taking any job for now pls!!! Pending jobs are on hold!!!
“What am I working for when the safety of my life isn’t guaranteed??? #EndSWAT #EndPoliceBrutalityinNigeria.”
On October 9, the comedian and other protesters passed the night at the Lagos State Government House in Alausa over the now-defunct Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).
