House on the Rock member Adebomi Saliu-Aina, who joined church at age 2, called to bar

Pastor Ifeanyi Adefarasin, wife of the senior pastor of House on the Rock Church Paul Adefarasin, has put the spotlight on a member of the church Adebomi Saliu-Aina who was recently called to bar.

According to Adefarasin, Saliu-Aina joined the church at age two and through hard work and dedication was called to bar with first-class honours.

“From our church family, another homegrown hero emerges! Beyond proud of Adebomi Saliu-Aina who has been called to the bar with first class honours!” She wrote in an Instagram post on Sunday.

“One of the greatest fulfillment is seeing children like Adebomi who came to HOTR at the age of two, imbibe hard work, dedication and passion and see it pay off. Her journey is a testament to God’s faithfulness and the unwavering support of amazing parents. (Her mum is a Children’s Church teacher).

“Here’s to embracing the future with gratitude, determination, and endless possibilities!”

A total of 4, 412 new lawyers were admitted into the Nigerian bar last Tuesday.

While swearing-in the new lawyers, chairman of the Body of Benchers who is a retired justice of the Supreme Court, Mary Peter-Odili, urged them to avoid all forms of corruption as well as conducts that could tarnish the image of the judiciary.
