Showbiz promoter Tunji Balogun, popularly known as Teebillz, has called out media personality Toke Makinwa after she criticised singer Innocent “2Baba” Idibia for publicly announcing his separation from actress Annie Idibia.
On Thursday, Teebillz shared a throwback photo of himself, his ex-wife Tiwa Savage and their son in pajamas on Instagram.
In a now edited caption, he wrote, “I’m grateful to God for healing and love! Love never dies… TOKE MAKINWA, having a child for a man is a different type of forgiveness and love that you are yet to attain.
“I pray you do, sis. Hope you remember the nonsense you talked about me too… Blessings and love to the Idibias during this trying time.”
He also posted another picture showing Tiwa, their son and his stepson spending quality time together, captioning it: “Family… You better stay out of family feud! Mama J with her Boyz 🤣💛🤷🏾♂️ #HonestAdvice #TBT.”
Teebillz’s comments appear to be a response to Toke’s earlier remarks about 2Baba’s decision to go public with his marital issues.
On Monday, the media personality took to Instagram to call out the singer, urging women to take a stand against wrongdoing.
“I’m not one for too much talk, but what is wrong is wrong,” she wrote.
“As a woman, if you sit on the fence on this one, if it misses you, it’ll touch your daughter or any female in your family.
“No one is innocent, and if you want to bring the media into it, knowing what is happening, we would fight for her.”
Teebillz and Toke Makinwa have had public disagreements in the past, particularly during his turbulent split from Tiwa Savage.
