Chef Hilda Baci has encouraged her colleague Damilola Adeparusi, who is currently on a 120-hour cook-a-thon challenge to “embrace the journey.”

Hilda Baci’s tweet on Sunday comes at a time Adeparusi is facing a lot of heat for her marathon cooking.

Adeparusi says on her Instagram bio that she was inspired by Hilda Baci who last month attempted to break Guinness World Records and surpass the current record holder, Lata Tondon, by cooking for 100 hours and 40 minutes.

Hilda Baci urged Adeparusi to inspire others with her unwavering spirit.

“The beauty of dreams is that they are unique to each individual. Dami, your boldness to take on a cooking challenge shows that passion knows no limits.

“Embrace the journey, learn from every experience, and inspire others with your unwavering spirit. #DreamsUnleashed,” she wrote.

Adeparusi is undertaking a 120-hour marathon cooking to surpass Hilda Baci’s yet-to-be-verified effort.

She began cooking at 12am Friday. It was gathered that besides being a chef, she is also a poet, songwriter, and editor.
