Whatever influence rapper, Olamide, was under during and immediately after The Headies awards ceremony in Lagos on Friday seems to have cleared from his system.
In an Instagram post on Saturday, the YBNL boss apologised to his fans and admitted that he was wrong to have sworn on live television during an award show.
He also promised to conduct himself in a more respectable manner in the future.
Olamide knocked organisers of the award after his protégé, Lil Kesh, lost the Next Rated Award to Reekado Banks.
He went on to shade Don Jazzy in various Twitter posts written in foul language after the producer taunted him on stage to come and collect the car that came with Next Rated Award.
While some fans applauded his bile filled expletives on social media the man with the swear words have realised the error of his way and tendered an apology.
