Gombe chief judge establishes two extra mobile traffic courts

FRSCChief Judge of Gombe State, Hon. Justice Hakila Y Heman (CON) has established two more special Mobile Traffic Court in exercise of the power conferred on him under section 10(8) of the Federal Road Safety Corps (Establishment Act Part 11 2007).

This brings the number of the Mobile Court to three in the state, which are designated as follows

• Gombe Special Mobile Traffic Court sitting in Gombe with Barr. Haruna Mohammed Inuwa as the judge

• Kaltungo Cham Speial Mobile Court sitting in Gombe with Barr. Bello Haruna Gelengu as judge.

• Bajoga-Dukku Special Mobile Traffic Court sitting in Bajoga with Barr. Abdulmumini A Kofur as the judge.

A statement made available to qed.ng explained that the Special Mobile Courts are established to try all traffic offenders under the Act.
