Actor Jide Awobona has described actress and movie producer Funke Akindele as a fantastic filmmaker.
The movie star said this to QEDNG on the red carpet of Kunle Afolayan’s Anikulapo: Rise of the Spectre.
When asked about his experience working with Funke, Jide said: “She is a fantastic filmmaker, actor and sister. She is loveable, she knows what she wants. I love her dedication, I love her craft and I love her discipline.
Known for his role as Sam in Funke Akindele’s Jenifa’s Dairy, Jide has featured in other TV series like Super Story and Tinsel.
He is also popular in the Yoruba movie industry.
