Afrobeat singer Femi Kuti and pop diva Tiwa Savage on Saturday wowed fans with their performance at the Global Citizen Live concert in Lagos.
Femi and Tiwa shared photos and videos from the event on Sunday, thanking their fans and the organisers of the event for their support.
“Thank you Global Citizen Live, thanks to everyone that came out to support, love y’all,” Tiwa wrote.
As the duo performed in Lagos, Grammy award-winner Burna Boy also gave a breathtaking performance in New York as part of the GCL concert.
Other international celebrities like Coldplay, Lizzo and Billie Eilish also performed at the event.
Global Citizen is an international education and advocacy organization working to catalyze the movement to end extreme poverty.
