Etinosa apologises to Apostle Suleman over comments on bleaching

Nollywood actress, Etinosa Idemudia, has apologised to the President of Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide, Apostle Johnson Suleman, over her response to his criticism of skin bleaching.

The controversial actress made the apology via Instagram on Thursday, describing her comments as a joke which had been misinterpreted.

“I made an expensive joke which was taken out of context and blown out of proportion…,” she said.

Etinosa added that her comments were not directed at the cleric, whom she referred to as ‘dear big brother’ and asked him to pray for her.

Suleman recently spoke against bleaching, saying it leads to body odour and skin cancer, among other problems.

Etinosa responded by saying bleaching has nothing to do with God.

She also implied that the apostle’s ‘side piece’ also bleaches her skin, referring to the preacher’s alleged extra-marital affair.
