Mother of ex-Nigerian international, Emmanuel Emenike, has commissioned the player’s new mansion in Owerri, Imo State.
Emenike posted videos of the event on Instagram on Friday.
In one of the videos, Emenike’s mother symbolically cuts a ribbon tied around the premises after some prayers.
The 31-year-old player captioned the video, “New year, uncountable blessings.. Opened by mama.”
The former West Ham loanee later shared a video of his friends dishing out money on him which he simply captioned “Men on ground.”
Emenike’s wife, Iheoma, had shared pictures of their mansion on Instagram on Thursday, urging followers to join them for the housewarming on Friday.
Emenike last played for Greek giants, Olympiacos.
