The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has announced the postponement of the auctioning of forfeited trucks, vehicles and petroleum products arising from suit FHC/PH/MISC/65/2019.
The inspection of the items by interested bidders had earlier been scheduled to commence on Monday in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The commission also postponed the bid opening ceremony earlier fixed for September 12.
In a statement on Monday, the anti-graft agency said new dates would be announced in due course.
It also said it regretted any inconvenience the postponement might cause interested bidders and other stakeholders.
