Nollywood actor and director, Desmond Elliot, has joined Ibrahim Obanikoro, son of former Musiliu Obanikoro, at the inauguration of the ninth National Assembly.
Obanikoro was elected to the the House of Representatives from the Eti-Osa constituency, he defeated musician, Banky W, in the keenly contested race.
In a Tuesday post on Instagram, Elliot posted a picture taken with him.
“@nationalassembly With the Handsome , young , efficient legislator representing Etiosa Lagos state @jideobanikoro and wife Babamai by my side as usual hehe,” he wrote.
Desmond Elliot was re-elected into the Lagos State House of Assembly on March 9.
The Returning Officer, Bolajoko Dixon-Ogbechi, of the University of Lagos declared him winner at the Surulere Local Government Collation Centre in Lagos.
