Actress Dayo Amusa has engaged in a messy fight with Instagram trolls over her post on the Ondo church massacre.

Worshippers of St Francis Catholic Church, Owo, Ondo State, were attacked on Sunday, by gunmen, leading to the loss of lives.

Reacting in an Instagram post on Sunday, Dayo condemned the attack, urging everyone to get their voters card.

Following her statement, some trolls took to the comment section of the post to accuse the actress and her colleagues of aiding and campaigning for ‘corrupt politicians’.

One of them, identified as Obe Jumoke wrote: “U people know the truth but ur selfish attitude won’t let u all do the needful that is y most u life are usually miserable at the end. Campaign for whoever u wish to campaign for but if u campaign for the right person it will be well with you but u do otherwise ur generation unborn will suffer in it. Period!!!”

Dayo Amusa in return dragged the fan and some others, saying ” The same applies to you!!! Since you know the rightful people to vote for. Pls, point them out, because if you don’t, may your entire household suffer beyond DEATH!”

“BEFORE YOU SHIFT BLAMES ON ANYONE, ASK YOUR PARENT WHAT WERE THEY LOOKING FOR, HOW DID WE GET HERE, AND WHAT DID THEY DO IN THEIR PRIME TO AVOID ALL THESE HAPPENINGS???” Dayo continued. I ASKED MINE!

Another user Keilani wrote: “like seriously you need to really explain clearly what you meant by accusing Parents as the caused of where we are.. it sending a wrong signal. You’re a public figure, you need to check on anything you’re putting outside Especially when people are being emotional about current happenings. Bcs me self I’m still wondering what you meant by parent failure of getting us where we are. How?”

“Yes ooo, because u people are crying like egbere now, when u are pocketing money and campaigning for them don’t u no this is coming ahead or is this d first time and u even have gut to be saying rubbish,” another critic lashed out.

“You should be ashamed of yourself instead. Are we the cause of the nation’s problems? Abi eyin Eyan se foolish bayii. Bring out a qualified candidate from your household. We will support him or her.

“But if you can’t produce 1, pls just save your breath and stop transferring your frustration on those who Like I don’t get it, are we not living in the same country, If any of these politicians were your father, would you have said the same thing??? Pls let’s be guided,” the actress fired back.
