The Action Alliance was the platform through which Uche Nwosu, son-in-law of former governor Rochas Okorocha, contested the governorship seat in Imo on March 9.

Udeze was arrested by the police over allegations of fraud, conspiracy and forgery.

He was arraigned on Monday before a court in Osogbo, Osun State.

Udeze has been battling for survival after he was pronounced sacked by the leadership of the party.
