Chocolate City Music has accused rapper Tochukwu “Odumodublvck” Ojogwu of assaulting and head‑butting a staff member at the Rhythm Unplugged concert in Lagos.
In a statement on Monday, the label said the staff member, Feyi Ajayi, was with another Chocolate City artiste when Odumodublvck allegedly approached him, made threatening statements, and “headbutted him without provocation.” The label said multiple eyewitnesses confirmed the incident.
Chocolate City added that when a bodyguard tried to intervene, Odumodublvck and his associates poured drinks on Ajayi and hurled expletives at the company and its executives. Ajayi was taken to hospital for treatment and is responding to care.
The company described the alleged assault as part of a “sustained pattern of harassment, stalking and physical violence” involving Odumodublvck and his team. Chocolate City said the matter had been reported to authorities and pledged to pursue all legal avenues to protect its staff.
The accusations come amid a public and legal dispute between Odumodublvck and Chocolate City, including its artiste Blaqbonez and Head of A&R, Osagie Onobun. In November, a Chief Magistrate Court in Abuja ordered Odumodublvck to appear over a criminal intimidation charge filed by Onobun.
The feud reportedly began earlier in 2025 with social media exchanges and disagreements over music releases. Industry observers have expressed concern about the impact of the ongoing conflict on the Nigerian hip‑hop scene.
As of publication, Odumodublvck’s representatives have not issued a public response to the latest allegations.
