Chef Chioma Adeleke, wife of Afrobeats star Davido, has celebrated one month since their white wedding in Miami.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, she shared photos from event, including photos of herself and Davido dancing and another of them receiving a blessing from a priest moments after they were pronounced husband and wife.
Chioma wrote: “I can’t believe it’s been 1 month already.”
Reacting to her post, Davido described their big day as “the best day ever in our lives.”
Fans also filled the comment section with prayers and admiration. One wrote, “Love is a beautiful thing.”
Another added, “One month so soon? Congrats once again.”
The couple tied the knot in August at Mana Wynwood, Miami, after an earlier traditional wedding in Lagos. The Miami ceremony, described as a “Lagos-to-Miami” spectacle, hosted about 1,500 guests.
Chioma stunned in a gown by UK designer Alonuko, while Davido wore a Tom Ford suit paired with diamonds from his personal collection.
The lavish celebration featured a Havana-themed welcome party, a sit-down dinner and a Hora Loca performance. Nigerian stars D’Banj and Adekunle Gold thrilled guests with performances.
