Burna Boy gifts sister Bentley to celebrate Range Rover success

Singer Burna Boy on Friday, October 29 honoured his sister’s request by officially naming her as the owner of his Bentley.

His younger sister Nissi Ogulu in an Instagram story on Friday asked her brother for the Bentley.

“Somebody tell Burna Boy to run me the Bentley and I got him,” she wrote.

Responding, the singer who joked that he would have gotten a new one for her if she was patient enough acknowledged her request and gifted her the Bentley.

“Well then congratulations Nissi. You are now the official owner of the Bentley (Since you have refused to wait for me to buy you a new one) Love you,” he wrote.

The 26-year-old thanked her brother for the gift, adding that she is going to hold on to the Bently until a new one arrives.

“Ayeee. Best brother ever. Let me hold on to this one till a new one arrives, please. Love you,” she wrote.

Nissi had announced on Twitter on October 28 that she was part of the team that created the new Range Rover design.

“New Range Rover. It has been a pleasure being part of the team to bring this beautiful car to life over the last three years and I’m happy to see it finally unveiled to the world,” she wrote.

Sharing an image of the car on Twitter, the company wrote, “Introducing the #NewRangeRover. The most desirable #RangeRover ever created.”

Nissi quoted the company’s tweet, as she expressed her excitement over her latest achievement.

“After three years of working on this project, I’m happy to see it now revealed to the world.”

Celebrating his sister, The 30-year-old retweeted the post saying that he is proud of her.

“My sister designed the new range, someone tell her to run me a discount code. Proud of you Nissi,” he wrote.

Born Jehovah-Nissi Ogulu, Nissi is the last child of Samuel and Bose Ogulu, the latter is also Burna Boy’s manager.

She is a mechanical engineer and also a songwriter.
