Maureen Ezissi, the ex-wife to actor Blossom Chukwujekwu, has locked her Instagram account following backlash from critics over her comment on her ex-husband’s marriage to Winifred Akhuemokhan.
Qed.ng’s check on her Instagram account on Saturday revealed that the account has been put on private, allowing only her followers to see her engagements on the platform.
This happened after she came under fire for joining her fans in mocking Blossom’s new bride.
Maureen Ezissi also posted screenshots of hateful messages she claimed were sent to her by trolls who also mocked her.
Blossom and Maureen got married in a private traditional wedding ceremony in December 2015. They had a more elaborate white wedding in October 2016.
The public was made aware of their crashed marriage when the duo unfollowed each other on social media in September 2019.
