Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) has denied raping Busola Dakolo or any other person.

The Abuja-based clergyman made the denial in a post on Instagram on Friday after hours of silence on the issue.

Calling the credibility of his accuser and her musician husband, Timi Dakolo, to question, he threatened to take legal action against all those directly or indirectly involved in the allegation.

“I have NEVER RAPED before, not even as an unbeliever!” he declared.

Busola Dakolo had made rape allegations against Fatoyinbo in an interview with Chude Jideonwo on YNaija TV.

In the interview, Mrs Dakolo revealed that as a teenager in the Divine Delight Club, the precursor to COZA, she was groomed and raped by the pastor.

She said it happened while she was a 16-year-old secondary school student living with her parents in Ilorin, Kwara State.

Narrating an incident, she said: “Immediately I opened the door (of her house in Ilorin), he just pushed me, he didn’t say anything, he didn’t utter any word, he just pushed me to one of the chairs in my living room.

“I saw him, he was removing his belt, he just said: ‘keep quiet, do what I want you to do and you will be fine.’”
