Bimbo Oshin returns to acting months after husband’s death

Actress Bimbo Oshin has resumed her acting career after going on a four-month break, following the death of her husband Ola Ibironke aka Dudu Heritage.

In an Instagram post on Monday, the 50-year-old shared photos of her filming on set

“JOURNEY WITH ME LORD. FILMING …. AGE,” she wrote.

Celebrities like Aisha Lawal, Joke Jigan, Lola Magaret, Afeez Abiodun, Mercy Ebosele took to the comment section of the post to welcome the actress back to acting.

Bimbo began acting in 1996 and came into limelight with the movie Akobi.

She was nominated twice in 2014 for the Best Actress in Leading Role at the Yoruba Movies Academy Awards and also Best Actress of the Year (Yoruba) at the City People Entertainment Awards.

Her husband, Dudu Heritage slumped at the Ibadan Golf Club (IGC) around 8:30 pm on September 13, efforts to resuscitate him proved abortive. He was rushed to the hospital where he was confirmed dead.

The captain of Ibadan Golf Club who was also a music promoter was laid to rest on October 15, at the Eternal Home Cemetery in Ibadan, Oyo State.
