Reality TV star Maria Chike has become the third Big Brother Naija season six star after Boma and Liquorose to get an Instagram verification.
Maria in an Instagram post on Thursday shared messages from fans congratulating her on her Instagram verification.
Her co-ex-housemate and season six winner Whitemoney has also hit one million followers on Instagram.
During the grand finale on Sunday, the 29-year-old apologised to Angel’s father over the comments he made about his daughter while in Big Brother house.
In a video that went viral on social media, the former housemate was seen approaching Angel’s dad who was live-streaming the event.
According to her, her comments were miscommunicated and misunderstood.
“I’m very sorry for all the things I said about your daughter. It was based on miscommunication. I do love your daughter, no disrespect of any kind to her,” she said.
