Kelechi Nwakali’s fine performance against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday appears to have opened the eyes of Nigerians about the midfielder’s potentials.
Nwakali opened the scoring with a beautiful stunner about 20-yards away from goal.
The 19-year-old was bossman in the middle of the park alongside elder brother, Chidiebere.
Atletico may have won 3-2 but fans were particularly satisfied by the Arsenal man and pleaded with Gernot Rohr to consider him for the World Cup in Russia.
