Hypeman Fisayo Olagunju, popularly known as MC Fish, has confirmed that he is in a new romantic relationship months after his marriage to Nollywood actress Anita Joseph ended.

MC Fish and Anita Joseph ended their marriage in 2025 after about five years together. Their relationship was public and often shared on social platforms. Anita Joseph later confirmed the separation and said they were no longer husband and wife.
In the past weeks, MC Fish has spoken publicly about life after the split. He denied claims that he depended on his ex-wife financially during their marriage, saying he has worked as a hypeman and master of ceremonies for over 15 years. “You will be the fool of 2026 to think that I don’t work for my money,” he wrote on social media while defending his work.

“Life has always been unfair to men … Woman go leave a relationship and find another man, una go say she’s found happiness, but in a man’s case, when he finds another, they will say ‘she’s been in the chat since’ Oga oh”.
