Amos Fenwa’s new wife expresses gratitude to church for warm welcome

General Overseer of HolyGhost Christian Centre (HCCNJ) Pastor Amos Fenwa

Fela Fenwa, the new wife of Pastor Amos Fenwa, General Overseer of HolyGhost Christian Centre (HCCNJ), has expressed deep appreciation to members of the church for warmly welcoming her into the fold.

Speaking during her first official address to the congregation, Mrs Fenwa described it as an honour to be part of the ministry and expressed joy over the love and acceptance she has received since joining the church.

“It’s an honour and a delight to be here today. I’m very, very grateful for the man of God, for his life, for the anointing on him, and I thank God for this opportunity to be his wife, his support, to be a member of HCCN worldwide. I’m a member. You call me First Lady, but I’m one of you,” she said.

Fela continued, “I’ve been here twice and I know God is here, so I’m happy to be part of this church. Thank you for accepting me, welcoming me, for the love that has been here. I just want to say thank you.”

In an emotional moment, Fela Fenwa knelt before her husband in public appreciation, declaring, “To my husband, thank you very much for the love you’ve shown me, for accepting me, for everything you’ve done. You’re my world, my love, my father, my everything. Thank you so much, sir.”

QEDNG earlier reported that Pastor Fenwa remarried two years after the death of his first wife, Esther Fenwa, who died on May 27, 2023, at the age of 57.

She was a co-founder of HCCNJ and was widely revered in the Christian community for her spiritual devotion and contributions to community development.

The couple were married for 33 years.

The wedding ceremony between Pastor Amos Fenwa and his new bride was held on Thursday and officiated by renowned preacher and founder of Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC), Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo.

Church leaders and members alike have described the marriage as a new chapter for Pastor Fenwa and the ministry he has led for several decades.

Under his leadership, HCCNJ has grown into a global ministry focused on spiritual transformation, leadership development and community empowerment.
