Sidi ordered the police to duplicate the case file and send a copy to the Director of Public Prosecution for advice.

He adjourned the case until Nov. 28, for further mention.

Earlier, the Prosecutor, Insp. Chidi Leo told the court that the case was reported at the Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Dept (CIID), Kaduna, by Ezekiel Israel of Barnawa Kaduna, on Oct. 5.

Leo alleged that Adamu attacked the complainant on his way home from work with a gun.
