Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi, has appointed Ololade Agboola, as the new Head of Service (HOS).

Her appointment was announced on Wednesday at the State Executive Council meeting in Ibadan.

Agboola, a former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, replaces Hannah Ogunesan, who resigned from the state civil service.

The new head of service is the wife of a former Senate Deputy Chief Whip, Senator Hosea Agboola, popularly known as Halleluyah.

Agboola, a native of Ibadan, would be the fourth HOS to work with Ajimobi and the third to be appointed by him.

The appointment comes one week before Ajimobi hands over to Governor-elect, Seyi Makinde.
