Paddy Adenuga, son of the chairman of Globacom Mike Adenuga, has said he is willing to pay “good money” for the audio of what transpired between Houston Rockets head coach Ime Udoka and Los Angeles Lakers star Lebron James on Sunday night.
Udoka grabbed the headlines after the NBA game following verbal altercation that led to a double technical and his eventual ejection from the game.
New leaked audio of the incident, put together by X user LegendzNBA, shows that the incident took place over a derogatory word repeatedly used by the Rockets head coach, which LeBron didn’t take lightly.
As the Lakers complained to the referees during the fourth quarter, Udoka fired some harsh words towards James and his LA teammates.
“Stop crying like b*tches, man! Stop b*tching,” he could be seen saying. LeBron didn’t appreciate his use of the B-word.

After walking toward Udoka for a one-on-one conversation, he said: “We’re all grown men. That b*tch word ain’t cool. Don’t use it so loosely.”
“What are you gonna do about what I said?” Udoka responded. “Walking over here like you’re gonna do something. Soft a** boy.”
At that point, the referee gave out technical fouls to both parties. It was Udoka’s second of the game and he was ejected.
Reacting to the incident, Paddy wrote on x on Monday, “I’m ready to pay good money for the audio of what was said between Lebron James 👑 and Ime Udoka. WTF did they say to each other to cause Ime to be ejected from the game?! I need to know dammit!!”
Udoka, 46, is not new to controversy. He was suspended by the Boston Celtics for the entire 2022-2023 NBA season for violation of team policies after he had an intimate relationship with a female member of the franchise’s staff.
