Pastor Leke Adeboye, son of the founder of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, on Sunday thanked God for saving singer Dunsin Oyekan from a road accident.

Dunsin was involved in a car crash on Saturday along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, three years after the death of his wife Dotun.

The 37-year-old was travelling to Ibadan, the Oyo State capital when the accident occurred in the Ishara axis of Ogun State.

It was gathered that a crew member suffered minor injuries, but everyone survived the accident.

Speaking on the incident while ministering on Saturday night, Dunsin said he took a nap and woke up to realise that the Toyota Prado he was travelling in was under a heavy-duty truck.

“Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, If you are looking for a miracle, this is a miracle standing here,” he said.

Reacting to the incident, Adeboye’s son posted the video of Dunsin speaking about the accident to Instagram.

Leke wrote as caption that God turned the incident around for good.

“He that keeps Israel does not sleep or slumber, the devil can only try! Thank God for protection for my brother @dunsinoyekan. What the devil meant for evil, God turned around for good! Glory to Jesus,” Adeboye’s son said.

Dunsin has ministered severally at programmes organised by the RCCG.
