Actor Tomiwa Tegbe has met with United Bank for Africa chairman Tony Elumelu weeks after his comment on the businessman’s Valentine’s Day post went viral.
On Valentine’s Day, Elumelu shared a photo of himself and his wife to mark the occasion. Reacting in the comment section, Tomiwa wrote, “Oh I love the UBA red and Heirs insurance white in frame 2

Elumelu replied, “Wahala 😂”.
The exchange drew attention online, with many social media users reacting to Tomiwa’s reference to what appeared to be a bank account number in his comment.
In an update shared on X on Wednesday, Tomiwa posted a video showing him meeting Elumelu. The two were seen exchanging a handshake. He captioned the post, “GET IN JOR! Ws IN THE CHAT JOR!!! 🕺🏾 🕺🏾 🕺🏾”.
Elumelu is the group chairman of United Bank for Africa and founder of Heirs Holdings. He also chairs Transcorp and runs the Tony Elumelu Foundation, which supports entrepreneurs across Africa.
