Obi Cubana, wife celebrate 14th traditional wedding anniversary

Socialite Obinna Oyiegbu, better known as Obi Cubana, and his wife Ebele have celebrated their 14th traditional wedding anniversary.

On his Instagram page on Tuesday, June 7, the popular club owner noted that he performed the traditional marriage rites on his wife exactly 14 years ago.

He shared a video of himself and his wife on his page and showered her with praises.

The businessman wrote, “The traditional wine carrying of this beautiful model-queen took place exactly 14 years ago this day, in Obosi, Idemmili North LGA of Anambra State!

“This is one of my life’s best decisions; getting married to this damsel! Ok, next week Tuesday 14th is our 14th wedding anniversary. The story continues then!”

Pouring encomiums on her in Igbo language, Obi Cubana wrote, “Nwanyi oma, mkpuru mma m, tomato jos m, udala usö m, azu cubana m, the sweetest thing that can NEVER cause me diabetes! I celebrate you everyday biko!”

Ebele also took to Instagram to share their love story, promising to continue the tale on their church wedding anniversary next week.

She wrote: “Lemme tell you a story! Story Story…. Once upon a time… 14 years ago, A certain young man from Oba village came to my father’s house in Obosi with his friends and family to pluck a veeeeeeerrrrrry beautiful flower… Did he succeed? Hmmmm… Don’t be too quick to answerJoin me #underthemangotree June 13th so we can finish this story.”
