With the dust over the purported ban of his song, ‘Living Things’, subsided, 9ice has released two new songs titled ‘Basiri Mi’ and ‘Allow’.

The songs were officially released across all local and international digital platforms on Thursday by Temple Music (TMPL).

It is the first time the 37-year-old is releasing his works under Temple Music, a sister company of foremost Lagos-based talent agency, Temple Management Company (TMC).

‘Basiri Mi’ is produced by Tonywhy while Olumix gets credit for Allow.

Recent media reports claim the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) had banned ‘Living Things’ by 9ice, ‘Wo’ and ‘Wavy Level’ by Olamide as well as ‘Fall’ and ‘If’ by Davido.

9ice’s song was said to have earned the ban for promoting fraud.

The commission has since denied banning any of the songs, insisting that broadcast stations know what standard practise is as regards internal censorship.
