To felicitate with her, we present five of her top five songs.

  1. Dorobucci

The undisputed anthem by the Mavin super group headed by Don Jazzy, the song captured the entire nation with the bundles of possibilities inherent in just one word.

‘Dorobucci’ was released in May 2014 and features Don Jazzy, Tiwa Savage, Dr. SID, Reekado Banks, Korede Bello, Di’Ja and D’Prince.

The song was number one on many chats for an extended period, inspiring several covers and videos from excited fans.

  1. Looku Looku

‘Looku Looku’ is not Mavin’s typical type of sound but it is decent enough, adopting a reggae sound pattern which is catchy enough to grab attention.

  1. Adaobi

The video depicts an “Adaobi”, the first daughter of an Igbo monarch.

The song was nominated for Best Collaboration at the 2016 Kora All Africa Music Awards.

‘Awww’ was Di’Ja’s second single in 2014 which had a slightly slow rhythm.

The song’s main message was centered on affection.

  1. Yaro

‘Yaro’ is another single by Di’Ja.

She later teamed up with Ice Prince for the remix of the song which eventually became a plus for her while climbing the ladder of fame in the Nigerian music industry.

‘Yaro’ was well put together by Don Jazzy as the hook to the song is catchy enough to make one remember the song.
