4 Nigerian celebrities who did not participate in the 2019 elections

Citizens of Nigeria made a huge turnout for the 2019 elections that took place across the federation on Saturday, February 2019.

Several celebrities were involved in the electoral process such as Omoni Oboli, Kate Henshaw among others, while there were noticeable absences.

Qed.ng has gathered a list of celebrities who did not take part in the elections.

  1. Davido

The 26-year-old pop musician was in South Africa for a scheduled event.

  • Teni da Entertainer

The 25-year-old  Afro-pop singer was headlining a concert in London on Sunday, February 24 and couldn’t be in the country to exercise her civil rights.

  • Zlatan Ibile

Indigenous rapper, Zlatan Ibile, was performing at various concerts in the United Kingdom over the weekend.

The screen goddess was not in the country as she attended the Oscar awards which held on Sunday in Los Angeles
