19,311 pilgrims back from Saudi, says NAHCON

A total of 19,311 pilgrims have so far been transported back to Nigeria from Saudi Arabia, the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) said on Wednesday.

According to the NAHCON 2018 Hajj Pilgrims’ Return to Nigeria update, the pilgrims were transported back home in 60 flights as at the time of filing this report.

The commission said that the pilgrims on the morning flights included 550 Adamawa Pilgrims, six officials and one other.

While pilgrims from Lagos departed Jeddah in Medview Flight with 312 pilgrims, 311 from Lagos, one Ekiti and one official in total flights of 60.
