A video of teenage comedienne Emanuella Samuel, simply known as Emanuella, has sparked reactions on social media.

In the now-viral video, the 13-year-old who wore a body-fitted black gown could be seen dancing to the song ‘Paper’ by singer Toye in a manner many claimed was provocative.

The video, however, generated mixed reactions from X users as many suggested that Emanuella is too young to be dancing in that manner while others praised her for showing off her dance moves.

Popular X influencer Daniel Regha stated that Emanuella is still a kid and should not be encouraged to engage in adult-related content.

“Emanuella is about 13 years old, she’s still a kid & shouldn’t be encouraged to do adult-related content; This isn’t about showbiz but doing what’s right. There are clothes a child should wear, & a way a child should behave (regardless of their social class). Her loved ones should caution her,” he wrote.

Another X user identified as Raymond wrote: “All Emmanuella did was make a video of herself dancing and as a father to a girl child I see my daughter make dance videos or even dance in front of cameras and I join her most times if only to take advantage and bond. I don’t get the outrage, allow children be children.”

Nicholson NCS wrote: “Emmanuella is so grown. Damn, she is growing into a beautiful lady.”

Ehiimenma wrote: “‘We need to caution Emmanuella’ is probably the funniest line on this app right now. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that video and secondly, y’all really overrate yourselves on here.”

Olorunjuwonlo wrote: “That Emmanuella video is scary, she grew up so fast.”
