  1. If you ever thought Waje is her birth name then you are wrong. Though the singer has established more than once that it is her name, it is actually an acronym for ‘Word Aren’t Just Enough’.
  2. Her real names are Aituaje Aina Vivian Ebele Iruobe.
  3. She holds a degree in social work from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka
  4. Her closest female friend in the industry is actually Omawumi. Waje was the best lady at Omawumi’s wedding.
  5. The beautiful singer’s voice was featured in P-Square’s hit track ‘Do Me’ in 2008. Although she didn’t feature in the video, the song brought her to limelight.
  6. In 2014, she acted in the movie Tunnel alongside Femi Jacobs, Patrick Doyle, Nse Ikpe-Etim, Lepacious Bose, and others. The movie was directed by Stanlee Ohikhuare and tells a story about a young pastor’s life, journey and his fulfilments.
  7. She released her latest track ‘Left for Good’ featuring Patoranking and Godwin Strings a month after the death of her grandmother.
  8. She had her daughter, Emerald, when she was 17-year-old.
