Founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo has celebrated the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adeboye on his 84th birthday, describing him as a model of integrity.
Bishop Oyedepo shared a graphic image of Pastor Adeboye in an Instagram post on Monday with the text “84. Happy Birthday Daddy Adeboye.”
In the caption, the 71-year-old described Adeboye as “a father in the Lord” and praised his life of service and devotion to God.
“Happy Birthday to our father in the Lord, Pa. Enoch Adejare Adeboye. Today, we celebrate a life poured out in service, humility, and unwavering devotion to God,” he wrote.
He added that Adeboye’s work has influenced believers across nations, raised generations and strengthened homes.
“Your obedience to the call has ignited revival across nations, raised generations of believers, and strengthened countless homes and destinies.”
Oyedepo also thanked Adeboye for being a voice of faith and a model of integrity.
“Thank you for being a voice of faith, a model of integrity, and a living example of what it means to keep standing strong.
“May this new year be crowned with greater grace, divine strength, and fresh oil for even higher grounds.
“We celebrate you. Congratulations, Sir!”
Younger clerics and gospel singers such as Daniel Olawande, Nathaniel Bassey and Dunsin Oyekan also celebrated Adeboye on social media.
