Singer and socialite Yhemolee has addressed allegations that his wife Thaylor B and her friends assaulted businesswoman and interior decorator Queen Akeredolu, accusing her of being romantically involved with him.

The allegations surfaced earlier this week by blogger Cutie Julls.

In a press statement released on Wednesday, Akeredolu said she was lured to an address in Lekki on Saturday, September 6, and allegedly attacked by Thaylor B, her sister and three friends named as Tiwa, Treasure and Funke.

She claimed the women accused her of having an affair with Yhemolee, used belts and other objects to assault her, tore her clothes and destroyed her belongings, including an iPhone 16 Pro, wig, glasses and clothing items.

Akeredolu further stated that she had previously worked with Thayor on a project in June and was invited for a follow-up job, which led her to the meeting point. She denied having any romantic relationship with Yhemolee and said the case was now with her lawyers and “the appropriate authorities.”

Reacting on Thursday via Snapchat, Yhemolee shared a screenshot of a chat with a friend in which the friend wrote, “If you enter Cutie Julls comment section, you go kpai person.”

In a follow-up post he added:
“Bro this is just too funny pls 🤣🤣🤣.”

The nightlife personality also posted a video of himself and his wife at an outing and later shared a screenshot of a supportive message from a fan who praised his growth and resilience over the years. Yhemolee captioned it: “baba ni baba Amirion 💪🏽🙌🏾 9yrs career strong!”

The latest drama comes weeks after Yhemolee sparked marital crisis rumours when he shared cryptic posts online. The singer later explained that the messages were reactions to Kemi Adetiba’s series To Kill A Monkey (TKAM) and not an indication of problems at home.

Yhemolee married Oyin Tayo, better known as Thayour B, in a Lagos ceremony on September 6, 2024, attended by celebrities including Timi Dakolo, Zlatan, Poco Lee and Rahaman Jago.

The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy, in January.
