Wike’s son Joaquin earns MSc at King’s College London

Joaquin, son of the Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Wike, has earned a Master of Science degree in Management and Technology Change from King’s College London.

The development was disclosed on Thursday by Lere Olayinka, senior special assistant on public communications and social media to the minister, in posts shared on his X account.

Mr Olayinka shared pictures from the graduation ceremony and wrote, “FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike’s son, Joaquin bags MSc Degree in Management and Technology Change at King’s College London.”

He also listed some of those who attended the ceremony, including the chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Board of Trustees Mao Ohuabunwa, PDP National vice chairman (South South) Dan Orbih, Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri and members of the Wike family.

According to him, those present included Nyesom Wike, his wife Justice Eberechi Wike, his son Jordan and his daughter, Jazmyne.

In another post, Olayinka shared a video from the event, showing the moment Joaquin was announced among the graduating students of the programme.

“Moment FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike’s son, Joaquin was called as one of the King’s College London MSc Degree in Management and Technology Change graduands today,” he wrote.

Family members and political associates were in attendance at the graduation ceremony held at King’s College London, one of the universities in the United Kingdom.
