Reality TV star Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has said actress Iyabo Ojo has stepped back from supporting her because of her connection with social media activist VeryDarkMan (VDM).
In a livestream with her followers, Phyna said Iyabo, whom she sometimes calls “mama,” used to like and comment on her posts on social media. She believes the change in Iyabo’s engagement is linked to her association with VDM.
“I feel mama doesn’t like me that much again because before she used to comment on my posts, she used to like it, now she no longer likes it and I’m very sure it’s because of that d!rty boy. I even went as far as attacking Vee Iyele because of that dirty boy,” Phyna said.
She said the shift in her relationship with Iyabo has affected her interactions with other people online and led to arguments with other influencers connected to VDM.
VDM, whose real name is Martins Otse, has been involved in several online disputes with public figures.
Iyabo has not publicly responded to Phyna’s latest comments.
