Why I couldn’t focus in church after my sister’s Vogue wedding – DJ Cuppy

Disc jockey Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has confessed that she could not stop admiring her sister Temi Otedola’s wedding photos.

Cuppy wrote on X on Sunday, “Making it big… but I’m in church right now STILL scrolling through my sister @TemiOtedola’s wedding pics on Vogue instead of listening to pastor.”

Temi, who got married to singer Mr Eazi, had her wedding ceremonies covered by Vogue magazine with 99 photographs highlighting moments from the events.

The couple tied the knot across three continents – Monaco, Dubai and Iceland.

They first had a civil wedding in Monaco on May 9, followed by a Yoruba traditional wedding in Dubai, and later a white wedding at Hallgrímskirkja Church in Reykjavík, Iceland.

Speaking with Vogue, Temi said, “All throughout we honored our rich culture but made sure everything felt like us.”

The Iceland celebration featured a performance by John Legend and a Northern Lights display at the reception.

Cuppy’s playful post has since sparked reactions from social media users, many of whom teased her to also get married.

Cuppy, daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola, is a DJ, music producer and philanthropist. She studied at King’s College London, New York University and the University of Oxford.
