Model and actress Temi Otedola has explained why she has no problem with her husband, singer Mr Eazi, maintaining friendly relationships with his ex-girlfriends, as long as boundaries are respected.
Speaking in an episode of their podcast How Far? With Mr Eazi and Temi Otedola, she said friendliness is acceptable to her, especially when the past relationship ended without drama.
“I’ll have no personal issue with my husband if he is friendly with his exes, especially when the break-up wasn’t messy,” she said.
Temi, who is the daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola, however, noted that certain actions cross the line for her. “You can be nice to the person like wish them a happy birthday or send a nice text, but when you start liking their pictures online, monitoring their status or uploads, that’s where I get uncomfortable,” she added.
The actress stressed that courtesy is fine but anything resembling online monitoring or emotional closeness makes her uneasy.
Temi and Mr Eazi, whose real name is Oluwatosin Ajibade, began dating in 2017 after meeting at an event in London. They got engaged in April 2022.
The couple held a series of wedding ceremonies in 2025, a civil ceremony in Monaco on May 9, followed by their traditional Yoruba wedding in Dubai in July, and a white wedding in Iceland in August. Temi later adopted her husband’s surname and now goes by Temiloluwa Ajibade on social media.
Their weddings, which spanned three countries, were among the most talked-about celebrity events of the year.
